3. Offerings & Booking Terms

A. 1:1 Sessions

All private sessions are booked in advance through our official platform or email.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

No refunds are issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Energetic safety and mutual respect are core values. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or boundary violation may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

B. Workshops (Online or In-Person)

Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferrable upon request.

Please read all descriptions before registering to ensure alignment with the intention and energy of the offering.

Workshops begin on time. Late entries may not be admitted once sacred space has been opened.

4. Code of Conduct

We believe healing is a sacred, relational process. Whether in a session, a group workshop, or interacting with our content:

You agree to speak and act with respect

You agree to uphold confidentiality if shared by other participants in a group space

You agree not to engage in hate speech, harassment, or disruptive conduct

We reserve the right to remove or block access to anyone violating these principles, with no refund due.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 sessions: Cancellable or reschedulable up to 24 hours before your appointment. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Workshops: Non-refundable. You may request a credit for a future event if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Retreats (if applicable): Not covered under this page. Please refer to the Retreats Terms & FAQs page for those specifics.

6. No Guarantees or Medical Claims

Our work draws from spiritual wisdom, voice alchemy, energy healing, and embodiment practices. However:

It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care

No specific outcomes, cures, or guarantees are promised

All transformation depends on your openness, commitment, and self-responsibility

If you have a diagnosed health condition, we recommend using our services alongside appropriate professional care.

7. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.) and are subject to their terms and security protocols.

Prices may vary based on location, offering, or practitioner schedule.

Offers, early-bird discounts, or codes may be limited in time and scope.

All prices are listed in [INR/USD] and include any applicable platform/service fees.

8. Respect for Sacred Work

This website is a devotional container. It is not a public forum or a space for casual commentary.

By choosing to engage, you honor the energy, time, and training invested in these practices. This is a space for seekers, not spectators.

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
